This month there are July 4 events and restaurant specials and lots of other fun things in the City of Angels.
Trejo’s Tacos invites guests to celebrate Fourth of July at their Santa Monica location. From July 1st through July 4th, their limited specials include Bottomless Nachos ($18 for up to 4 guests) made with beans, cheese, jalapeños, chipotle crema, and pico de gallo and Buckets of Beer ($30).
West Hollywood and Newport Beach’s Gracias Madre will be extending their brunch hours this 4th of July to enjoy their brunch menu all day long. Diners can enjoy menu highlights including their Huevos Rancheros, Chilaquias, or their Enchiladas Verdes. Open from 11am to 4pm to celebrate Independence Day.
West Hollywood’s Desert 5 Spot is hosting a special edition of their weekly Swimsuits & Cowboy Boots pool party/trading post. The rooftop will welcome live music, a mechanical bull, cowboy karaoke, BBQ, and a curated selection of vintage vendors from 2pm until sunset. Located at 8516 Selma Avenue.
Downtown’s Broken Shaker at the Freehand Hotel offers city views and live DJ’s this weekend and are offering cocktail specials from Tres Generaciones on July 4. Located at 416 W. 8th Street.
Chevy’s and El Torito are celebrating 4th of July with $3 house margaritas and $5 Cadillac margaritas.
Ella’s at the SIXTY Hotel in Beverly Hills is hosting a July 3 Sunday brunch and rooftop pool party.
The Jamaica Bay Inn in Marina Del Rey is hosting lawn games and frosty to go cocktails beginning at noon on July 4, and burgers and hot dogs from 3-5pm.
The Marina del Rey Hotel is hosting a Red, White and Blue party on July 3 with a DJ and outdoor restaurant, tickets $25 at the door.
Anaheim’s Black Tap is offering a special red, white and blue layered shake from July 1 through July 4. The strawberry vanilla shake includes a July 4th cupcake topper, firecracker popsicle and other treats, for $20.
Alma Opens at The Grove
LA’s newest Mexican restaurant is now open at The Grove. Featuring a downstairs taqueria and upstairs restaurant with specialty Mexican dishes.
VEA Newport Beach Open Beginning July 7
